Funeral for Ethel Clewis, 72, of New Summerfield was at 1 p.m. Sunday at Grace Temple Church of God in Christ with Elder Samuel Jones officiating. Burial was in Fairview Cemetery.

Mrs. Clewis died Dec. 4. She was born Feb. 26, 1935. She was a member of the Grace Temple Church of God in Christ.

Survivors are her husband, Arthur Clewis of New Summerfield; a brother, L.C. Clewis of California; and a sister and brother-in-law, Kathryn and Royce Stewart of New Summerfield.
