Leona N. “Lump” Arrington 

Services for Leona N. “Lump” Arrington, age 88, of Jacksonville, TX will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, June 11, 2008 at the chapel at Boren-Conner Funeral Home, Jacksonville, TX with Bro. Leon Ross and Bro. David Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Jarratt Cemetery in Jacksonville under the direction of Boren-Conner Funeral Home, Jacksonville. Leona was born October 4, 1919 in Rockwall County, TX. She had resided in the Jacksonville area most of her life. Leona graduated from Jacksonville High School, was a member of Craft Baptist Church and had worked for Uniform Printing in Jacksonville. Leona was preceded in death by her parents, Steve and Bessie Norton, two sisters, Mary Henry and Addie Fults. Leona is survived by her husband, Carlton H. Arrington of Jacksonville, two sons and daughters-in-law, Carly Steve and Connie Arrington, and Tommy and Mary Arrington, all of Jacksonville, two daughters and sons-in-law, Dana and James Youngblood of Vidor, TX and Beth and Russell Davis of Ponta, TX, one sister, Lena Belle Cole of Vidor, nine grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Larry Arrington, Steve Arrington, Brad Davis, Jason Davis, Mark Smith, Jerry Guinn, Brady Chapman and Mike Burleson. Visitation will be Tuesday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Boren-Conner Funeral Home, Jacksonville, TX.
