Eddie Pauline Houston Johnson Alcorn

 

Eddie Pauline Houston Johnson Alcorn was born Saturday, June 22, 1918. Her parents were Edward Chester Houston and Elvie Pauline Usher Houston of Alto Texas. Mrs. Johnson was a Beautician in Fortt Worth from 1947 until 2000. For 47 years of those years, she owned and operated her own shop. In 2001, she moved to Frankston. She was a member of the United Methodist Church of Frankston and the Methodist Scarlet Ladies Red Hat Club. For the last year and a half she resided at the Frankston Health Care Center. Pauline was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Irving Alcorn; and her daughter Judith Ann Boulivare McClendon. She is survived by a son; Paul David and wife Toni Marie Johnson of Fresno Ca.; a daughter Jenny and husband Jerry Beard of Frankston; a son-in-law Jimmy McClendon of Wichita Falls; and two step-sons Barry and wife Kris Alcorn and Byron and wife Melissa Alcorn both of Fort Collins; and a sister-in-law Mary Houston of Carrollton, Ga. She also has 14 grandchildren 19 great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and many friends. A memorial service to celebrate the life of Pauline Johnson will be held at a later date. EDDIE PAULINE HOUSTON JOHNSON ALCORN

A memorial service for Eddie Pauline Houston Johnson Alcorn will be held at a later date. She was born June 22, 1918, to Edward Chester and Elvie Pauline Usher Houston of Alto. Mrs. Alcon was a beautician in Fort Worth from 1947-2000.

She moved to Frankston in 2001. She was a member of the Frankston United Methodist Church and the Methodist Scarlet Ladies Red Hat Club.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Irving Alcorn; and her daughter, Judith Ann Boulivare McClendon. Survivors are a son and daughter-in-law, Paul David and Toni Marie Johnson of Fresno Calif.; a daughter and son-in-law, Jenny and Jerry Beard of Frankston; a son-in-law, Jimmy McClendon of Wichita Falls; and two stepsons and wives, Barry and Kris Alcorn and Byron and Melissa Alcorn, all of Fort Collins; and a sister-in-law, Mary Houston of Carrollton, Ga.; 14 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; and three greatgreat grandchildren.
