Funeral service for Michael Ray Shupak Sr. will be 2 p.m. Thursday, June 28, 2007 at Laurel Oaks Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Robert Kennedy officiating. Interment will follow at Restland Memorial Park, Dallas.

Mr. Shupak passed away June 26, 2007 in Dallas, TX. He was born in Raleigh, NC on August 8, 1945 to William Hart Sr. and Effie Shupak.

Michael was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Kathy Shupak & brother, William Shupak. He is survived by children, Tracy Shupak, Amber Farquhar & husband Richard and Michael Ray Shupak Jr.; grandchildren: Brandon Shupak, Brad Boyd, Cody Wallace, Chelsee Wallace, Brittany Farquhar, Chloe Penpley & Kalie Shupak and many other family & friends.
