 Funeral services for Bill Raines, Jr., 77 of Jacksonville are scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 6 at 2 p.m. at Earle’s Chapel Methodist Church with Rev. David Kennedy officiating; burial will follow in Earle’s Chapel Cemetery under the direction of Autry Funeral Home. Mr. Raines was born on March 17, 1930, in Marshall to William and Marianna Raines and died on Dec. 1, 2007 in Tomball. Survivors include a son, William H. Jr. and Cheryl Raines of Houston; daughter, Elizabeth Earle Raines, of Cypress and a brother, Morgan Van Raines, of Scottland. Mr. Raines died Dec. 1. He was born on March 17, 1930, in Marshall to William and Marianna Raines.
