Richard (Dick) F. Klein

 Richard (Dick) F. Klein, former resident of Covina and Apple Valley California and Bullard Texas, passed away December 8, 2007 at the age of 76.   Born in Maywood, California, he served in the US Army during the Korean War, was President and Founder of Klein Products located in Ontario California and Klein Products of Texas located in Jacksonville, Texas. Prior to his passing, Dick was a longtime distinguished member of the Rotary Club of Ontario and volunteer Lieutenant for the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s department.He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy E. Klein and son, Richard D. Klein, both in 1992.  He will forever be remembered and loved by his wife, Eileen K. Klein; sons, Scott E. Klein and Barry K. McManus; daughters, Bonnie L. Giron and Barbara L. Klein; brother, Jack W. Klein; sisters, Dorothy L. Schmertz and Eleanor Baker; his 13 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.   A visitation will be held from 6 to 8pm Thursday, December 13, with a funeral service to celebrate his life on Friday, December 14 at 10 am both at White's Funeral Home. Concluding services and interment will be at Live Oak Memorial Park, Monrovia.   In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Nevada Cancer Institute, 10000 W.
