 Eva Marie Helm

 Funeral services for Eva Marie Helm, 42, of Lufkin and formerly of Jacksonville will be held Sunday, Dec. 9 at 2 p.m. at the O.T. Allen and Son Funeral Home in Alto with Pastor Mike Williams officiating. Burial will be in the Meador Cemetery in Jacksonville. Helm died Friday, Dec. 7, 2007 in Lufkin. She was born Oct. 12, 1966 in Kountze to Albert Gene and Katy Lee Murray Helm. She lived in Jacksonville for many years and had lived in Lufkin for four years. She was a homemaker and had worked as a nurse's aide in a Lufkin nursing home. She was preceded in death by her father, Gene Helm and daughter, Reveka Serrato. Survivors include her mother, Katy; daughter, Alisha Castilo of Longview; sons, Ryan Serrato of Dallas and Stephen Serrato of Palestine; sisters, Peggy Juarez of Jacksonville, Leann Helm of Kilgore, Sacora May of Fred and Kelly Juarez of Jacksonville; brother, Grady Matthew Helm of Spurger; granddaughter, Alexia Monsiuais; and numerous nieces and nephews.
