Lola Mae Folmar
Services for Lola Mae Folmar, 60, of Jacksonville, will be 3 p.m.
Wednesday, July 25, 2007, at Frankston City Cemetery, with the Rev.
Bennie Brooks and the Rev. Michael Bobbitt officiating under the
direction of Thompson Funeral Home of Jacksonville.
Mrs. Folmar died Saturday, July 21, 2007, at a Jacksonville nursing
home. She was born April 22, 1947, in Jacksonville. She was a machine
operator with Builders Best and attended Abundant Life Tabernacle. She
is preceded in death by her step-daughter, Delaine Phillips; and her
grandson, Jared Phillips.
Survivors include her husband, Archie Folmar of Jacksonville; her
step-sons, Wayne Folmar and wife Debrah, Kenny Folmar and Mike Folmar,
all of Jacksonville; her daughter, Joyce Lobb and husband Brax Wayne of
Jacksonville; her brothers, Freddie Chandler of Jacksonville, W.T.
Chandler of Jacksonville, J.D. Chandler of White Oak, Lonnie Chandler of
McAllen, Sammy Chandler of Okla., Hugh Chandler of Jacksonville, and
Billy Chandler of Austin; her sister, Linda Teague of Jacksonville; 11
grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and
nephews.
Visitation will be 3-5 p.m. Tuesday, July 24, 2007, at the funeral home.
