It has only one grave marker. 
Lindsey, Dr. J.S., 1811-1852  The legend of Dr. Lindsey says he choked to death on a hog hair while bathing in Gum Creek according to Patricia Jistel's brother, Pat Hetmer.

  According to Patricia Jistel's son, Wesley Jistel there are other unmarked graves at the site.
