Jarratt Cemetery is located in the Community of Turney, Texas. From Jacksonville take Hwy 69 south to FM 22, turn left. Go to CR 1515, turn right. The cemetery is on the right across from  1432 CR 1515, JACKSONVILLE, TX 75766. This cemetery was catalogued in 1969.

The Jarratt Cemetery Association meets the Fist Saturday in June.

Jarrett Cemetery - In 1850 Devereux and Polly Ann Jarratt of Virginia settled in the area. In 1858 their sons, Morris and Wade J. set aside the original cemetery for family and public use. The first burial was a Mr. Watts, a transient worker, 1858. More land was added by contributions from area residents. An association was formed in 1961 to establish permanent care endowment.
