Horrible Accident.
JACKSONVILLE, Tex., Aug. 16-- Thursday
evening a freight train ran into a handcar on which
were John Gray, a section hand, two ladies, three
little children and three section men. They all
jumped from the hand-car except Mrs. Gray and
her two little girls, aged five and seven. Mrs.
Gray was very badly bruised, and the entire train
passed over the children, cutting off both legs of
the elder and one of the other. They will die.
