Eliza Rose Howard

Olivia Grace Howard has announced the birth of her baby sister, Eliza Rose, born May 31 at 9:45 a.m. at Las Colinas Medical Center in Irving. Eliza weighed 6 pounds and 14 ounces and was 19 inches long. Parents are Neilicia and Dennis Howard of The Colony.

Maternal grandparents are Charles and Patricia Peters of Rusk. Paternal grandparents are James and Gloria Howard of Irving.
