BILLY TIDWELL

HUGHES SPRINGS, Texas-Billy Tidwell, 74, of Avinger, Texas, died Sunday, Jan. 30, 2005, in a local nursing home.

Mr. Tidwell was born Aug. 19, 1930, in Avinger. He was a laborer in the pipe industry.

Survivors include his wife, Maudie Raye Tidwell of Avinger; one son, Marvin Tidwell of Avinger; a sister, Opal Charlene 
McCain of Longview, Texas; one brother, Herman D. Tidwell of Dayton, Ohio; and three grandchildren.

Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Reeder-Davis Funeral Home with the Rev. Richard Dowden Sr. officiating. Burial 
will be in Avinger Cemetery.
