M.C. SHARP

HUGHES SPRINGS, Texas-M.C. Sharp, 65, of Daingerfield, Texas, died Sunday, Dec. 14, 2003, 
in a Longview, Texas, hospital.

Mr. Sharp was born July 18, 1938, in Tenaha, Texas. He was a truck driver and retired from Lone 
Star Steel. His wife, Mary Sharp, preceded him in death in September 2003.

Survivors include three sons, Eddie Sharp and Sammy Sharp of Jenkins, Texas, and Calvin Sharp 
of Cason, Texas; three daughters, Ella Newsome of Cason, Teresa Pettiway of Lone Star, Texas, 
and Sylvia Harper of Ore City, Texas; two brothers, Elisha Sharp and Dewitt Sharp of Rockwall, 
Texas; three sisters, Janie Mae Strange, Stella Norman and Ophia Franklin of Rockwall; 13 
grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.

Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Reeder-Davis Funeral Home Chapel with Norman Munoz 
officiating. Burial will be in Shady Grove Cemetery, Cason.
