ARLEN SCOTT

LINDEN, Texas-Arlen Scott, 88, of Linden died Monday, Jan. 17, 2005, at his home.

Mr. Scott was born Aug. 17, 1916, in Ammita, Ky. He was a member of Center Grove Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Rosie Scott of Linden; two daughters, Tonja Kurr of Linden and Melodie Goode 
of Arkansas; three sons, Thomas Kenward of Linden, Sidney Kenward of Atlanta, Texas, and Curtis Scott 
of Maud, Texas; one sister, Effie Vardman of Louisville, Ky.; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Services will be 2:30 p.m. today at Reeder-Davis-Schindler Funeral Home with Jerry McKellar and Earl Taylor 
officiating. Burial will be in Center Grove Cemetery.
