CHARLES KINDRED

LINDEN, Texas-Charles Lockett Kindred, 84, of Linden, Texas, died Monday, Oct. 18, 2004, 
in a local hospital.

Mr. Kindred was born Jan. 6, 1920, in Jefferson, Texas. He was retired from Lone Star Steel 
and a member of First Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Cleaolis Kindred; 
and one son, Mike Glenn Kindred.

Survivors include one son, Charles Kindred of Linden; and one grandson, Casey Lee Kindred 
of Linden.

Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at First Baptist Church with the Rev. Roy Allison and Don 
Phelps officiating. Burial will be in Linden Cemetery under direction of Reeder-Davis-Schindler 
Funeral Home.

Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
