BEULAH JONES

HUGHES SPRINGS, Texas-Beulah Jones, 86, of Hughes Springs died Wednesday, Aug 11, 2004, 
in a local nursing home.

Mrs. Jones was born Sept. 6, 1917, in Cass County. She was a homemaker and a Baptist. She was 
preceded in death by her husband, Byron Jones; and one daughter, Mattie Huffman.

Survivors include two daughters, Mary Beckett of Hughes Springs and Diann Young of Marietta, Texas; 
five sons, Royce Jones, Horace Jones, Jimmy Jones and Jerry Jones of Hughes Springs and Harold 
Jones of Pittsburg, Texas; two brothers, Howard Duke of Linden, Texas, and Vernice Duke of Lone Star, 
Texas; 15 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and a number of other 
relatives.

Services will be 10 a.m. Friday at Reeder-Davis Funeral Home with the Rev. Curtis Hall officiating. Burial 
will be in Concord Cemetery under direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home.

Visitation will be 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
