NOAH JACKSON

HUGHES SPRINGS, Texas-Noah Barney Jackson, 92, of Avinger, Texas, died Thursday, Aug. 12, 2004, 
in a Longview, Texas, nursing home.

Mr. Jackson was born Sept. 10, 1911, in Cass County, Texas. he was a farmer, a Baptist and a World 
War II Army veteran. He was preceded in death by his wife, Nellie Jackson.

Survivors include one son, Barney Ray Jackson of Omaha, Texas; four daughters and three sons-in-law, 
Jackie Nell Jackson of Daingerfield, Texas, Christine and Gerry Hesselberg of Garland, Ark., Geraldine 
and Glenn Erwin of Longview and Sibyl and Thomas Earle of Hallsville, Texas; 10 grandchildren; 11 great-
grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.

Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Reeder-Davis Funeral Home with the Rev. Scott Darby officiating. 
Burial will be in Concord Cemetery.

Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
