Mary Nell Griffin 

DAINGERFIELD — Services for Mary Nell Griffin, 75, of Daingerfield, will be held at 7 p.m. today at the Nail 
Haggard Chapel with the Rev. Jim Jones officiating. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, 
August 4, 2004, in Sardis Cemetery in Sardis with the Rev. Duane Hoxworth officiating under the direction 
of Nail-Haggard Funeral Home. 

Mrs. Griffin was born Oct. 20, 1928, in Dallas and died Aug. 1, 2004, in Hughes Springs. She was a member 
of the First United Methodist Church in Daingerfield. She had held the office of vice-president of the United 
Methodist Women and was a member of the Beacon Sunday School class. She worked for Foster-Forbes 
Ball Glass for 18 years in accounts payable. 

Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Buddy and Lesha Griffin of Jefferson, Craig and Mischelle 
Griffin of Hughes Springs; two grandsons, Brad Griffin of Jefferson and Harrison Griffin of Hughes Springs; 
two granddaughters, Katie Griffin of Jefferson and Rachyl Griffin of Hughes Springs; a sister, Shirley Terry 
of Red Oak; and a brother, Tommy Hollobaugh of Waxahachie.
