This cemetery is on land we bought. The Fosters are the father and mother-in-law of the outlaw Cullen Baker. There is a mix-up on the name of the cemetery. It is on records as the Walters Cemetery, but all the older folks say it was started when the daughter of the Waters family died. Her grave is covered with sandstone rocks. All the native folks call it Waters Cemetery. Many graves are lost. It is in Miller County, but is just over the AR/TX state line. At one time I think this part of the land was in Cass, but is Miller now. The oldest date is 1790 for a birth.  -- Dianna MOORE
