Daniel, James William "Billy"

MOUNT PLEASANT - Services for James William "Billy" Daniel, 86, of 
Mount Pleasant, were at 2 p.m. Monday, March 12, 2007, at 
Bates-Cooper-Sloan Funeral Home Chapel, with Dr. Clint Davis officiating. 
Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Park. Mr. Daniel died March 9, 
2007, in Tyler.

Born February 22, 1921, in Texarkana, he was a U.S. Army Air Force 
veteran, having served during World War II, owner of Pleasant Oil Co. and 
member of First Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Peggy Daniel; 
and daughters, Linda Owens, Cindy Reynolds and Sonny Love.
