Many
thanks
to Glenda Martin who wrote that when she found this "mystery
picture", she took a copy to a gathering of Hibler
relatives. Here is what she found out from relatives at
the reunion:
"The unidentified girl on the
top row left of Fonzie
Brewster is Velva
Hibler Profitt.
Boy on bottom right in cowboy hat is Homer
Hibler.
The baby with the curls is G.
D. Hibler.
There was speculation that the man holding the baby could be Hunter
Hibler, the father of these kids, but no one could be
sure.
The identifications were made by Regina
Hibler Glimp, G. D. Hibler, and Novella
Hibler Wiley, all siblings of
Velva, Homer, and of
course, G. D.
himself.
The Hiblers and Watkins
were cousins I believe, through Mary
Minerva Sexton Watkins.
Hunter's wife was Mary Lou
Ella Sexton.
I am the former wife of Brooks
Bolt, son of Lorene
Hibler Bolt, who was daughter of Hunter
and sister to all the aforementioned.....
