Ed BURBANK left last Sunday for Chicago to be at funeral for his brother, Herbert who died a few days ago from consumption in California.

  W. M. STONE lost a valuable jersey cow last Monday afternoon. On account of the severe rain, he failed to turn her in the pasture and she strayed on the railroad just in time to meet the southbound passenger train.

 

JUNE 24, 1898

Miss Irma MECOM went to Houston last Friday to attend the funeral of Mrs. David WATERHOUSE of that city.
