W Randolph
Jacob B. Allbright & His wife Jane Francis Allbright
all of the county of Burleson and State of Texas
In concideration of a final Settlement Merit between
us and John M. Randolph as heirs a law of
Mrs E.R. Miller Decd and for our good and
valueable concidirations as here unto Moving in the way
of adjusting the Estate offore said Mother Decd we
all being of full age and compatent to act legally
for our Selnis in the poremisis as to well as the consideration
of the Conveyance by Bill of Sale of Certain
Stock Conveyed to us by the Said John M. Randolph
the Delivery of which is here by acknowledged
We this day Bargon Still and Convey and by these
present do grant Bargan Still and ending unto
the Said John M Randolph his heirs amd
assigns forever the following Tract Piece of parcel of Land
Situated Lying and being in the County of Burleson
and State affore Said land containing 200 ½ acres
and Drawn by Rebecca Baxter and heir at Law
of William Cooper Decd and being a part of the Bird
League Surveyed out of the NW Corner of said Laeague
for the Heirs of the Said William Cooper in Lots -----------
one to Sis Beginning --- at a Stake Set up for
the NW Corner of the
Bird League from which there is a
Postoak Blasia and Hachea. Thence South 45 o E
Nine hunmdred and Sevemty varras to a Stake from
which there is a blackjack 14 Inches in Diamenter 40
links distant hrs S 73 E Marked X another Blackjack
7 Inches in Diamenter 52 Links distant bars S. 17o W In a
id )(thence S. Thence S 45 W one Thousand and one hundred
and Thirty (1130) to a corner in a lake thence N 45 W
nine hundred and Seventy varras to a Stake from
Which there is a post oak 10 Inches In Diamemter 4 ----
distant bars S. 62o E one Thousand one hundred and
Thirty Three (1133( res to the place of Beginning
containing as affore Said 200 ½ of Land In and on Less
a ending to the Survey affore Said being the Same
Tract of Land Conveyaed by Charls and Hannah
To the Said E.R. Miller decd do for the affore
Said conceiderations to us paid this day Convey & Sell
the affore Said Tract of Land together with all
and singular the Right Members heriditrancednts
and apperteninces to the Same belonging or im any
wise Incident of appertaining To Have and to hold
All and Singular the premes is a home Maintained
unto the said John M Randolph his heirs and
and assigns for Ever and we do here by Bind
our Selves our heirs Executors & Administrators to the Warrents
and for Ever defend all and Singular the Said
Premisis unto the Said John ZM. Randolph
his heirs and assigns against Every person
Lawfully Claiming unto Claime the Same or any
Parte Thereof

Here unto set our hands and affixed our Seals
using Scrolls for seals This 19th day March 1862

The State of Texas } Know all men
by these present. That I
Coumty of Burleson } Elizabeth Miller of the
County and State
afoaresaid have this day for the Natural love
and affection and the further consideration of five Dollars to me
in hand paid the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged
this day given, granted, set over and released unto John M. Randolph
of the same state and county a Negro boy Jim. Nine years of age
of dark complexion, to pass and be inherited by the said John M.
Randolph his heirs assigns and legal representatives after my
death, as his right title and property in fee assign
To Have and to Hold the said Negro slave Jim unto him.
The said John M. Randolph his heirs assigns and legal represent
after my death, and also all of my real and persoanl estate and heirs
of whatever nature and character and descriptions that I may owe
at my death, or be possessed of unto him the said John M.
Randolph, his heirs assigns and legal representative, what
property above described and mentioned is hereby conveyed
intended to be conveyed, and set over after my death and
aforesaid I warrant to be free from all incumbrance
and mortgages forever unto the aforesaid John M. Randolph
free from the claim or claims of all and every person
whomsoever, claiming the same or any part thereif.
