"Mr. and Mrs. Albert Duflot were guests of honor at a picnic dinner Sunday at Spring Lake Park in celebration of their fiftieth wedding anniversary. The centerpiece was a huge cake with fifty candles and Mr. and Mrs. Duflot were presented fifty dollars in gold by their children. The event was a complete surprise to the honorees. A bountiful dinner was served the members of the family and Mr. and Mrs. Foster Rogers, old friends of the guests of honor. The children present were: Mrs. R. J. Patterson, Mrs. W. B. Few, Mrs. W. J.
