Athens Couple Notes Fiftieth Anniversary
Athens, Texas
Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Blakeley observed their fiftieth wedding
anniversary here at the home of Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Alston.They
were married in Joshua Texas, and had made their home in Athens
for twenty years. The family, including their children,
grandchildren and great-grandchildren, was entertained with a
dinner and reception.Children present were Mrs. Vera Wood of
Cleburne, Wray Blakeley of Temple, Mrs. Ben Cecil of Fort Worth,
and W. J. Blakeley and Mrs. Joe Williford of Athens.
