Open House to Celebrate Hodge 50th Anniversary An open house on Sunday Aug 30, 1981 will honor Mr. & Mrs. Johnny Hodge of Athens on their 50th anniversary. At Central Baptist Church Family Center, the reception will be held from 2-4 p.m.. They request no gifts please. Host of the occasion will be the children and four grandchildren, Mr. & Mrs. Travis Roberts of Athens and family. Mrs. Hodge is the daughter of the late Joe and Ida Ross of Athens. Mr. Hodge is the son of the late Albert & Nannie Hodge also of Athens. They were married Aug 29, 1931 in Athens by the Rev. D.R. Cartlidge
