We are having some real cool weather and the farmers are busy
rounding up their crops, as they feel that winter will soon be on
hand.

Mrs. Frances Burrage has been real sick the past week. Her son
Waymon Burrage of Abilene was called to be with her.

Miss ArLou Eaton who has been taking a beauty course at Marinello
School in Dallas has returned home following the State Board
examination at Austin last week.

Mrs. Susie Sides of Holly Springs spent last Wednesday with her
daughter, Mrs. Ronnie Halbrooks and family.

Mrs. Era Tomlin of Van was a Friday visitor with relatives here.

Millard Barber of Dallas visited his sister, Mrs. Angus Sims
Saturday afternoon.

CARD OF THANKS

We wish to thank our many friends who helped us bear out great
sorrow after the loss of our beloved. The beautiful floral offerings
and the kind sympathy expressd will long be remembered. May God's
blessings rest on each and every one. Mrs. Ike Miller and family.

sympathetic words of the death of Tracy Lambright, our Father, son
and brother. Also, for the beautiful floral offering. Especially do
we thank Bro. Duckett. May God bless each and every one of you. His

NOTICE
There will be a graveyard working at Goodgame graveyard on Thursday,
November 6th. All persons interested please come and let's repair
the graveyard and also attend to some other matters pertaining to
