Aged Man is Found After Wide Search

Groups of Cottonwood citizens staged an all-night hunt over a wide area in that section of the county Saturday night before finding J. S. (Seve) Green, 87-year-old county citizen, who had been missing from his farm home since Saturday morning. Mr. Green, in an unconscious condition, was found Sunday morning in a ravine about a mile and a half from his home. He was half-clothed and almost frozen. He was suffering from exposure and his condition is regarded as serious.
The aged man is feeble and is almost blind. He is believed to have become lost after walking away from the home in the Cottonwood community.
Scores of citizens living in the Cottonwood community and members of the sheriff’s force aided in the wide search for the aged man.
