Mr. & Mrs. Adair Celebrate 45th wedding anniversary, Henderson Co. TX

Children and friends gathered at the home of Mr. and Mrs. W. P. Adair
of the Leagueville community on Sunday, October 8th, to celebrate their
45th wedding anniversary. Mr. and Mrs. Adair have seven sons and six
of them were present. Their five daughters were all present.

At noon the family enjoyed a basket dinner.

The afternoon was spent in the usual way, chatting, laughing and playing
games. Group pictures were also made.

Those present were: Mr. and Mrs. G. W. Adair and family, Leagueville;
Mrs. W. F. Adair, and children, Athens; Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Kirkpatrick and
daughter, New Hope; Mrs. Tom Howard, son and daughter, Corsicana;
Mr. and Mrs. L. W. Adair and family, Leagueville; Mr. and Mrs. W. C. Adair
and boys, Cayuga; Mr. and Mrs. E. Q. Adair and family, Cross Roads; Mr.
and Mrs. A. J. Gideon and family, LaRue; Mr. and Mrs. W.L. Barton and
family, Brownsboro; Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Walker and family, Leagueville;
Leslie Adair, Leagueville; Charlie Adair, brother of W. P. Adair, from
Kaufman, was also present.

Mr. Adair is 65 years old and Mrs. Adair, 61.

There were 52 present in all and the family hopes to meet again
some time next year.
