Rome, April 10- Health is good in our community at present.
All was sorry that school is out to part from our teachers.
Miss Nellie Hester spent the week-end with her
sister, Mrs. Alvis Carrigan.
A party at Mr. and Mrs. Fuller's Friday night
was enjoyed by the younger set.
Mr. and Mrs. Snowden visited relatives at Tyler.
Born to Mr. and Mrs. Pete Gale Wednesday morning
an eleven pound girl. The baby's name is Joyce Marie. Mother and
baby are doing nicely.
"Aunt" Will Gage is visiting her son
of this community.
John Snowden has been on the sick list but is
better.
Miss Annie Hester had a minor operation last
week, but is doing fine. She is under the treatment of Dr. J. K. Webster.
The base ball players went to Cayuga and were defeated by two
points.
