A list of claims belonging to the Estate of Irvin Donnell Dec'd to wit 3 notes for the some od one hundred dollars each given by Thomas H. Buchingham wit credit to the amount of $14.80. 1 note on Dr. Brooks for sum $450 with some credits. We the under signed admin of the Estate of Irvin Donnell dec'd present under oath the abouve and forgoing Inventory and appraisment and list of claims as comprising all of said Estate that has come to their Knowledge and report that all the negroes except the negro woman Margaret, the rifle un and the land is the Seperate property of dec'd. The balance of the property and the list of claims all community property which is respectfully submitted and pages to be received and recorded Subscribed & sworn to before me this 8th Dec. 1862 Jeff C. Thompson Clk Co Ct He. Co. John wit Martha J. Donnell We the undersigned appraisers of the Estate of Irvin Donnell Dec'd do solmonly swear that the above and foregoing is all the property pointed out to us by the Adm. of said Estate and that we have valued the same at t he sums placed opposite to each item and that we have appraised the same to the best of our Judgement as witnes our signatures on the the 3rd day of December 1862 N.
