County of Henderson

Know all men by thier presents that I E. J. Knight of the
county of Henderson and State of Texas being of feble
health but of sound and disposing mind and memory
do make and publish this my my last will and testament
here by revoking all wills here to fore made. First I desire
that all my just debts shall be paid
Second I give and devise to my son John D. Knight
one hundred & twenty acres of land and being a part of
my homestead and described as follows to suit ? in
Henderson County

and being a part of the K. K. Knight survey, assignee of
Williamson, A. Knight, about 6 1/2 miles south 58º east
from Athens beginning at the N. W. corner of said 32
acres survey stake for corner a post oak ? S. 78º W.
11 vrs a B. G. vrs. S 32 E 20 vrs. both marked K. thence
south 417 1/2 vrs to a stake from which a Hickery 14
in dia bas N. 20º W. 40 vrs and other 10 in dia brs N. 50 E
39. vrs be marked K. thence east 297 vs a branch, 744 vs
a stake for corner a black Jack 11 in in dia brs west 1 varra
Dist mark K. Thence south to a glade thence east with said
glade to the west

Boundary line of A. J. Knight west boundary line, thence
most with said west boundary line to the north west corner
of the same, thence east to a point a sufficient distanct that
a line running north from said point to the north boundary
line of said 320 survey to contain 120 acres by joining west
to the place of begining, for his use and behoof? forever.
Third All the rest and residus of my real estate of which I
shall die scigned or to which I shall be entitled at the time
of my deceased I give and bequeath to the remainder of my

heirs to be equally devided between them share and share
alike of the remaining two hundred acres of my homestead
Forth
I give and bequeath to my daughter Rebecca Orman my
undivided one seventh interest in and to the John D. Owens
320 acres survey to her use and behoof forever
Fith
I nominate and appoint my son John D. Knight to be
Executer of this will that no security be required of him as
Executor.
Sixth, It is my will that

no other action shall be had in the county court in the
administration of my estate than to prove and record this
will and to re corn? an inventory. & appraisment of my
estate and list of claims.

In witness where of I have here unto set my hand this 22nd
day of June A. D. 1892 in the presence of M. T. Johnson &
W. E. Johnson who attest the same at my request
