Christadelphian Cemetery
Just inside the Gillespie County Line near Hye, Texas

If you know where this school is near Hye go to this school,
turn right (you will see the Christadelphian Campgrounds just in front
of you) turn left before the Campgrounds and go about a half mile north
and turn right in an open field, follow the signs. You will have to go
through a gate and the Cemetery is on your left a little farther along.
You will approach from the back end of the Cemetery as the Cemetery Gate
is on the East side. This School and the Campgrounds are right on the
Pedernales River. (North side). You will have to go on the old road off
290 and it is east of the South Grape Creek School which is on the south
side of 290. I wish I was down there so I could take you there. When you
stop at the gate to the Christadelphian Cemetery make note of the large
Scotch Pine Tree that is right near the front We like to call this our
Family Tree as my Aunt Mattie planted it there. My Aunt Mattie was quite
a rounder. She is buried there with Eugene ?????. He was a Women's
Hosiery salesman and the Husband she thought was the most fun. She was
married at least 4 times, the only one of 14 children that had multiple
husbands. I will send you a picture that shows the Gate and the Tree but
it has people in it.
