SCHLADOER RITES HELD IN BANDERA

Funeral services for Ernest Schladoer of Bandera, who died at the V. A. Hospital on March 3, after a four-year illness, were held Saturday afternoon at the Plummer Funeral Home in Bandera.

The rites were conducted by Robert C. Herbst of Fredericksburg.

Schladoer was born in Comfort in 1898 and grew to manhood in the Comfort area before moving to Bandera in 1920.

His survivors include one brother, Edwin Schladoer of San Antonio and one sister, Mrs. Louis Pfeiffer of Comfort. His parents, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Schladoer, four brothers and one sister preceded him in death.

Pallbearers were Milton Rogers, David Gass, Pat O'Neill, Pete Jenschke, Ernest Elsworth and Edgar Jenschke.
