Mary Pirie born March 14, 1880, Aberdeen, Scotland, died September 5, 1898 at her Sister's home on Verde Creek, wife of Walter Scott of San Antonio. 
Daughter of George Pirie, Esq. Cuelph, Canada West. Sister to Mrs. Elsie Oelze. Mr. Oelze was brother of Mrs. Will Maas. 
He sold this place to Charley Eckhart, his nephew. He was also Great Uncle to Mrs. Orlando Thallman and Mrs. Dave Thallman.
